Welcome to SpazyFood! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SpazyFood mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
"SpazyFood" refers to the food delivery mobile application and its services.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.
"Restaurant Partner" refers to third-party restaurants providing food for delivery.
"Delivery Partner" refers to third-party agents responsible for food delivery.
"Order" refers to a food purchase request made via the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SpazyFood.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
SpazyFood reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion.
Orders placed through the App are final and cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.
Prices listed in the App include applicable taxes but may exclude delivery charges.
Payments must be made through the payment methods available in the App.
In case of payment failures, SpazyFood is not responsible for any extra charges levied by your bank.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the User is unavailable at the delivery location, the order may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
SpazyFood is not responsible for delays or issues caused by Restaurant Partners or Delivery Partners.
Refunds are processed in cases of missing, incorrect, or spoiled food items.
Users must report issues within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for refunds.
SpazyFood reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Users must not misuse the App, including engaging in fraudulent transactions, abusive behavior, or violation of local laws.
SpazyFood reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.
SpazyFood is not liable for any health issues resulting from food consumed through the App.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
All trademarks, logos, and content within the App are the property of SpazyFood and cannot be used without permission.
SpazyFood reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
