  • The delivered food is incorrect, missing items, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • The food is spoiled, expired, or unsafe for consumption.

  • The order was not delivered due to a failure on SpazyFood’s part.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address.

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • If the food was not up to personal taste preferences but met quality standards.

  • If the request is made after 24 hours of order delivery.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • Users must report refund requests within 24 hours of order delivery.

  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone with details of the issue.

  • Provide order details, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.


4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.

  • In some cases, customers may receive a credit or discount for future orders instead of a monetary refund.
