The food is spoiled, expired, or unsafe for consumption.
The order was not delivered due to a failure on SpazyFood’s part.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
If the food was not up to personal taste preferences but met quality standards.
If the request is made after 24 hours of order delivery.
Users must report refund requests within 24 hours of order delivery.

Provide order details, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.
In some cases, customers may receive a credit or discount for future orders instead of a monetary refund.
